How do I make an appointment?

Where are you located?

My office is in the Holly Springs/Canton area, off Holly Springs parkway, at 103 Mountain Brooke Drive Suite 108, Canton Georgia 30115

Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider. This means that I do not work directly with insurance. However, I am happy to provide a superbill, which is a receipt for services that includes all necessary insurance codes, that can be sent to your insurance for reimbursement. I also accept HSA and FSA cards. If this is something you are interested in, I recommend asking your insurance about your mental health benefits as well as your out-of-network benefits. 

What is your cancelation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved for you. To serve all clients well, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If it’s less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the full rate of the appointment with the credit card you have placed on file at the time of your intake session. In the case of illness or a true emergency, please contact me to discuss.
